Yin Yang Detail

This multi-layered painting shows the distinct nature of the female yin and the male yang, two opposites which are also a part of each other and inter-dependent upon each other. The pearl at the centre forms the link between the two – on the right it cascades into colors and chaos and the million possibilities of femininity. On the left, it turns into calm blue, sweeping movements and the figure practicing yoga, represent the male yang side which is more focused and less chaotic. Yin Yang
